Refund policy

Change of mind: You may return unused, unopened items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is for your account. For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair and beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Clothing: Unworn dresses with tags attached may be returned or exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping for exchanges is for your account; we cover shipping on the replacement size.

Faulty or incorrect items: If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it in full, including all shipping — no charge to you.

How to return: WhatsApp or email us first with your order number — we'll confirm the return address and process your refund within 5 working days of receiving the item back.
