Shipping policy

Delivery rates:

• Standard courier to your door: R99 nationwide
• FREE delivery on all orders over R500

Delivery times:

• Hair & beauty products: dispatched within 1–2 working days, then 2–4 working days courier delivery — most orders arrive within 3–6 working days.
• Dresses: dispatched within 3–5 working days (each dress is ordered in fresh for you), then 2–4 working days courier delivery.
• Orders containing both will ship together once the full order is ready. If you need the beauty items sooner, place them as a separate order.

How it works:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel to your door. Deliveries happen Monday to Friday. Outlying and remote areas may take 1–2 days longer.

Delivery areas:
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We do not currently ship internationally.

Problems with delivery?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us with your order number and we'll track it down immediately.
